Our Mission

Create and support one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth.

Our Vision

All youth achieve their full potential.

As a nonprofit whose core mission is to defend potential through one-to-one interactions, the COVID-19 crisis is pushing us to make difficult decisions, such as canceling crucial fundraising events that represent a significant portion of our annual budget. In the midst of challenges, we see opportunities to make a big impact.

  • Our staff is working remotely to ensure all of our matches receive the support they need during this difficult transition.
  • Our Bigs are providing critical emotional support to their Littles during this time of adversity, especially as they are missing the social interactions they would normally have at school.
  • We are directly connecting with families in underserved communities and helping to provide essential services, such as information on health resources and hot meals through our local partnerships.

Our mission is more critical than ever, and we still need your support to continue offering our life-changing programs. Know that your funds will be used responsibly as we serve 1,500 youth and their families during this time of need.

Our leadership team will evaluate the COVID-19 situation on a daily basis, and you can stay up to date by following our social media channels – Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. When this is all over, with your help, we are going to bounce back and make our agency #BiggerTogether.

Thank you for believing in us and the children we serve!
