Join us for our 50th Anniversary Celebration, a high-energy evening honoring five decades of life-changing mentorship. This won’t be a traditional gala. Instead, the night will feature live music by The Sensational Soul Cruisers, casino tables, interactive experiences, and powerful storytelling from the Bigs and Littles who bring our mission to life. Expect a bold, joyful celebration that blends fun with purpose, plus honors the community behind 50 years of impact.
The Pete McGuigan Memorial Golf Outing is a day on the course in support of our mission and in memory of Pete McGuigan, a friend and generous supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters, whom we will never forget.
The outing includes a full 18-hole round of golf, breakfast, and lunch, plus you’ll hear from our Bigs & Littles about how your support is enhancing in their lives and friendships.
Pete began volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2010 as an officer on the Governance Board of Trustees and a dedicated mentor to his Little Brother Daniel. In 2022, Pete and Daniel were named the agency’s Big and Little of the Year because of their strong bond that exemplified the BBBS mission. Pete played an integral role in planning our first annual golf outing in 2012 and remained part of the event’s planning committee for 13 years, helping it grow into what it is today.
More than just a day at the beach! Spike, serve, and rally for a cause at our Beach Volleyball Tournament, where fun meets fundraising to support youth mentorship programs. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just in it for laughs, there’s a place for every skill level and age!
Swing into action for local kids! Join us this fall for our Northern New Jersey golf outing. Proceeds benefit our one-to-one mentoring programs that help young people realize their potential and build their futures.
Our annual Big 50/50 Raffle is always a big hit and the more the merrier! Just $20 per ticket will get you 10 chances to win. All proceeds will directly support our one-to-one youth mentoring programs. By placing children and teens in a quality mentoring relationship, we can empower their full potential.
