Big Sister Kelly and Little Sister Michaeyla were selected to perform in the 98th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade® on November 28, 2024. As part of the ongoing partnership between Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Macy’s, the duo participated in the parade, marking the moment with the iconic phrase, “Let’s Have a Parade,” which has signaled the start of every Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade since 1924.
“I’m so excited to do this with YOU—we’re going to have so much fun!” Michaeyla said to Kelly when they first learned they’d be part of the parade.
The experience was unforgettable for both. Kelly and Michaeyla proudly represented BBBSCNNJ, bringing their radiant smiles and bubbly energy to every moment of the parade.
